Finally, iPhone owners who signed up for the "Batterygate" lawsuit settlement can look forward to receiving their payments. A judge has rejected the appeal from two plaintiffs who were attempting to object to the settlement, clearing the way for the payments to be made. Apple has agreed to pay $500 million to settle the lawsuit, which accused the company of secretly throttling older iPhone models. Affected plaintiffs can expect to receive a payment of around $65.
