Details about iPhone 15 Forecast
We're all on tenterhooks since Apple announced its event on September 12th. But just a day after the announcement, additional speculation about the iPhone 15 series from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has emerged.
It seems like the high-end iPhone 15 Pro models could be fitted with a titanium frame instead of a stainless steel one. And Kuo suggested, this switch should result in the devices weighing less than the iPhone 14 Pro models. According to Kuo, all production issues concerning the titanium frame, the display panels, the batteries, and a new stack camera sensor for the lower-end iPhone 15 and the iPhone 15 Plus have been resolved.
New Color Options
Kuo also confirmed earlier rumors about the color options for the Pro models, including gray, silver/white, black, and blue. Remarkably, this would be the first time since the iPhone X that the high-end iPhones wouldn't be available in gold. The standard models - the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus - are expected to be available in black, pink, yellow, blue, and green.
Kuo emphasized once again that the iPhone 15 Pro Max was the last new model to go into mass production. Therefore, this device may have the scarcest supply at the outset.
Future Features
All four iPhone 15 models are expected to be equipped with a USB-C port and the Dynamic Island, while a few more new features are rumored for the Pro models. These include a faster A17 Bionic chip, a customizable action button, Wi-Fi 6E support, and more. The devices should be available for pre-order a few days after Apple's event on September 12th.
In Short
It's always exciting when new iPhone models are on the horizon, and with the forecasts shared by Kuo, the anticipation is certainly growing even more. With new color options, improved technical specifications, and the switch to a lighter titanium frame, the iPhone 15 and its siblings could be the most innovative models to date. Look forward to September 12th!
